A really interesting part of the reading was the role of management.  Management plays a major role in a corporation because they also have a stake in the corporation, they have to watch over and keep employees happy, and also must look at the health of the whole corporation and make sure there are no problems with the stakeholders.  I find the role of management very challenging.  I feel they are the ones who help make the corporation go.  I feel that a corporation quite honestly reflects its management.  If management doesn't want to help out the country then the corporation will not help out the country, but if it wants to help the country i feel that it will.
