Stakeholder Theory/ Sharehoder Theory

I think that the stakeholder theory is so broad that it can be manipulated for any arguement that someone would have. It also redirects back to the Corporate Social Responsibility for a business. Either way the only people that can do anything about anything within the corporation are the people within it. Under Stakeholder theory and Shareholoder theory everyone has the same amount of power. I think it is just another way of saying the same exact thing. All directing back to whether or not a business should have Corporate Social Responsibility.
