Facebook has numerous amounts of pros and cons. For example, if you are away at college, you can keep in  contact with distant relatives just with the click of a button. I have relatives that live in South Carolina and it is an easy way to stay in tuch with them. On the down side, you coud have 300+ friends on facebook and not know even half of them. But, in my opinion, i do agree with the speaker in the video. But on the flip side, not everyone uses it to gain followers.
