It’s important to quality or restrict economic or property rights in the light of new ecological data and in the interest of freedom, rights and welfare of all. As a part of our human rights we have the liberty and freedom that cannot be taken away from us no matter what. Blackstone says“if the right to a livable environment were seen as a basic and inalienable human right this could be a valuable tool for solving some of our environmental problems.” New social institutions and regulative agencies and procedures must be initiated on national and international levels to make sure that the manipulation is in the public interest. To restrict practices and freedom to engage in those practices may need to occur. “Freedom is one of our basic values.” Restrictions on freedom seem necessary in the interest of all human welfare and rights. Freedom is a right some people may take fro granted, but its a important quality we all have. Is freedom really free?
